I'm Amber, a qualified pastry chef and founder of Copper and Cocoa. Since 2015 I've been creating elegant, handcrafted cakes and desserts for celebrations big and small across Sydney.
What began as a small home based business has grown into a decade long journey filled with learning, growth and love for the art of cake making.
After spending the past few years focused on creating wholesale cakes and desserts for cafes and restaurants, I've now returned to what I truly love - creating beautiful cakes to celebrate life's big and small moments.
Each of our cakes are lovingly made fresh to order using premium ingredients, expert technique and personal touch.
