How to place an order?

Ordering is simple with our online store. Either shop our popular Signature Cakes, Vintage Cakes, Cupcakes or alternatively if you have something special in mind enquire via our Custom Cake form.

Do you have a shop front? Can I visit your shop?

Copper and Cocoa is purely an online based bakery business that you can visit online 24/7.

How much notice do you need?

We require 3 days notice for all our ready designed cakes available on our website. We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for any custom designed cakes (If the date is not already booked out).

How can i check if my date is available?

Fill out our enquiry form and we will be in contact within 72 hours.

Where are you located?

Our cake studio is located in Marsden Park Sydney.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, of course! We have set time frames for order collection so we can ensure someone is available to meet you at our cake studio. We can not guarantee pickup if you attend out of these select times.

Monday - Tuesday - Closed.

Wednesday - Friday - 9:30am to 10am or 4pm to 4:30pm.

Saturday - 9:30am to 10am.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes we do!

Deliveries are available:

Monday - Tuesday - Closed.

Wednesday - Saturday 10:30am to 2pm.

Sunday - Closed - (Custom cake deliveries only).

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery as we are unable to leave it unattended without refrigeration due to it's perishable nature. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery it will be returned to our cake studio for collection on the next available pick up time slot.

Where do you deliver and how much will it cost?

We deliver within a 30km radius of our cake studio at Marsden Park.

Zone A: 0km - 5km $15

Zone B: 5km - 10km $20

Zone C: 10km - 15km $30

Zone D: 15km - 20km $40

Zone E: 20km - 25km $50

Zone F: 25km - 30km $60

How do I care for my cake?

All of our buttercream and fresh cream cakes will need to be kept refrigerated especially in the warmer months and always kept out of direct sunlight.

Take your buttercream cake out about 30 minutes before serving so it can come to room temperature, this brings out the best flavour and texture.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Am i able to get a refund, make changes, change the date?

Please choose carefully as once an order is placed through our online store, changes can't be made. If you cancel at least two weeks before the pickup date, you may be eligible for a partial credit. For custom cakes, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We take a limited number of orders each week and may be able to reschedule, but it is not guaranteed. If we can't move the date a partial credit may be offered for future use.
