Cancellation Policy

Copper and Cocoa are happy to cancel any orders made up until 48hrs form the delivery date selected. Cancelation request must be made either by email or phone stating your name, date of purchase and invoice number to:

Once your refund request has been approved you will be asked to provide the following information:

Please include you Account Name, BSB and Account Number in order to process your refund into the correct account. (Please Note: Refunds can take up to 2weeks to process depending on bank/branch). Copper and Cocoa will not be liable for any processing fees charged to your account due to refund process.

Within the 48hrs prior to the delivery date, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be refunded or modified, it will be delivered on the date selected at checkout to the address provided.
