Sales Representative

We are a boutique cake manufacturer seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team.

Job description:

• Must have sales and merchandising experience. • Have excellent communications and negotiation skills.
• Punctual and effective time management skills.
• Have excellent customer relationship skills to build strong and long-lasting relationships.
• The ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail to ensure your customers get what they need, when they need it.
• Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets.
• Product Promotion, and assisting in new product launches.
• Boost brand awareness through outstanding customer service.
• You will be a hard-working, committed and passionate employee with a can - attitude!!

Experience:

• Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base.
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
• Professional personal presentation.

Requirements:

• Own Transportation.
• Sales experience in the same or a similar role.

Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator

Job description:

We are a boutique cake manufacturer seeking an experienced Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator to join our team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Creating pastries, cakes and baked goods by following set recipes.
• Fulfilling production orders.
• Measuring and mixing of ingredients.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Finishing products to a high standard.
• Cleaning and wash up of production area and equipment.

Experience: (Minimum 2yrs)

• Excellent piping and cake masking skills.
• Ability to take both direction and initiative.
• Multitasking skills are essential.
• Experience working in a Patissiere or pastry kitchen.
• Working as part of a small team doing production.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Good communication and maths skills.

Qualification & certificate requirements:

• Food Safety Certificate (e.g. RSF, SITXFSA101, SITXFSA001)
• Certificate III in Patisserie / Certificate IV in Patisserie

This is an ideal flexible three day week roster from Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm position. Giving you the perfect work life balance.
