How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple with our online store. Just add to cart the products you are after and follow the prompts to checkout.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit card payments, Paypal and Afterpay.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.
Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver within a 35km radius of Castle Hill. Including Sydney CBD. Please put your postcode into our postcode checker to see if we deliver to your area.
What Days and times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday 8am - 4pm
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is free within 15km radius of Castle Hill.
- Between 15km and 20km it is $9.95
- Between 20km and 35km it is $12.95
What is your minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is $80
Can I speak to someone before placing my order?

Can I amend my order after I have paid?

What are your office hours?

Where are you located?
Copper and Cocoa is located in Sydney, NSW Australia. Our catering and cakes are freshly prepared in our commercial kitchen located in Castle Hill.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently we do not offer pick-ups from our kitchen.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
All orders require a signature upon delivery therefore they can not be left unattended. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery at the address and time slot selected for delivery. If no one is home to sign for the delivery our driver will be forced to return your order, thus your order will be subject to cancelation.
I don’t know how much or what to order, can you help?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to put together a quote for you to make sure you are completely happy before placing your order. Just contact us with your details to hello@copperandcocoa.com.au We are always happy to help.
How does my food arrive?
All food is delivered in a refrigerated van. It comes as pictured online in recyclable packaging, presented and ready to eat.
Can I heat up the food?
Yes, to heat remove all plastic lids and cover the platter/tray in foil. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5 - 10 minutes until it reaches your desired temperature.
Do you provide or hire out catering equipment?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
Do you have a set up service?
Unfortunately we do not provide any set up services.
Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
We cater for most dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Lactose-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian. However, please note our products are made in a kitchen where ingredients such as eggs, fish, sesame, peanuts, milk, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin, sulphites and crustaceans are also prepared. We therefore cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients and some products may inadvertently contain these ingredients therefore cross-contamination may occur. It’s important for customers with food allergies to be aware of this risk and we do not assume liability for reactions from the food consumed. Are your cakes and desserts Halal?
Yes, we do not use any alcohol or pork derived gelatine in any of our cakes or desserts.
What times do you deliver?
We offer two delivery time slots to choose from:
8:00am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 4:00pm
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, however our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made before 3pm, 14 days before your delivery date will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations made before 3pm, 7 days before your delivery date will incur a 50% fee of the total amount.
- Cancellation made after 3pm, 2 days before your delivery date will not be refunded.
